Nancy Fulton - Writer/Producer
|
As
producer of the independent feature NO BETTER FRIEND: A Military Ghost
Story, Nancy Fulton has more than twenty years experience
assembling teams and delivering products on time and under
budget. As an award winning technical writer she created
multimedia content for Autodesk and other fortune 500 businesses.
As a developer she worked with programmers, artists, writers, and
marketing pros to release a wide variety of products. In December
2005, Nancy Fulton & co-Producer Susie Shannon (Director of POVERTY
MATTERS) worked with cinematographer & US Vet James Metropole to
release the grass roots documentary
BACK FROM IRAQ: The US Soldier Speaks, and three related one hour
documentaries profiling US Soldiers and Marines who have served on the
front lines of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
As a descendent of a military
tactical analyst and prolific weapons engineer, Nancy has a strong
committment to those in military service and a long running interest in
the human cost of modern military engagement.
If prompted, she will tell you that
NO BETTER FRIEND is nothing more than a walk on the wild side of
tomorrow"s middle east war.

Chris Ruiz - Producer, Actor
|
Chris Ruiz, a SAG
actor trained by Aaron Speiser and Sally Jackson, has performed lead
and starring roles in many stage, film and television
productions, including Triple X.
He has had professional instruction
by DEA and FBI trainers, and extensive one-on-one urban combat training
provided by a USMC Captain who
has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan (provided through Solutions
Group International, an international leader in training police force
and tactical response teams worldwide).
As
co-producer for NO BETTER FRIEND, Chris has been pivotal in developing
the script and its roles, arranging multiple readings by SAG actors and
actively solicting professional advice from working Indie
directors.
He is committed to assembling the
closely knit team a character driven screenplay requires in order to
perform well at the box office.

Cary Glieberman (DGA) Line Producer

Cary Glieberman, is a member of the Directors Guild of America. He is an effective, thorough motion picture and television Production Manager, Line Producer and Producer. His scope of experience enables him to maximize on-screen production values. Cary’s feature film and television portfolio is produced and enjoyed by national and international audiences alike. He has the leadership skills to achieve creative and financially successful film results. Each year Cary adds additional successfully completed credits to his more than fifty-five theatrical feature films, television series, videos and commercials. All of Mr. Glieberman’s productions are produced on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget. Judd Nelson - Award Winning Actor

Judd Nelson was born in Portland,
Maine to Leonard Nelson (attorney) and his wife, Merle Nelson (attorney
& state assemblywoman). He subsequently attended St. Paul"s
preparatory school in Concord, New Hampshire and then the prestigious
Haverford College in Pennsylvania where he majored philosophy and
discovered acting.
After graduation, Judd headed for New York City and the Stella Adler
Conservatory where he played a wide variety of demanding characters
including the "street-smart Eddie Keaton" in Making the Grade (1984)
and the stodgy ROTCer, Phil Hicks, in Fandango (1985).
Numerous and diverse starring roles in the brat-pack films followed,
including the anti-hero John Bender in The Breakfast Club (1985)
and and the ruthless Alec Newbary in St. Elmo"s Fire (1985). Judd
set the small screen a light again as the sexy, funny Jack Richmond in
the Emmy Award winning Suddenly Susan (1996-2000).
Judd Nelson has agreed to play the wry, sexy, insightful and
manipulative Major Kern . . . a JAG lawyer at the very heart of a

Keith Gruchala - DP

Cinematographer Keith
Gruchala has shot feature films, commercials and music videos
all over the world. These days you"ll find Keith working mainly in
Hollywood, though he has lensed projects in Mexico, India, Canada, and
all over Europe including the further eastern countries of the Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine and Russia. He"s collaborated with
companies such as American Zoetrope, been featured in respected trade
magazines like American Cinematographer and Kodak"s "In Camera", and
worked with nearly every international ad agency from JW Thompson in
Kiev to Lintas in Bombay to Leo Burnett in Prague. As a freelancer he
has worked with dozens of independent producers around the world and
prided himself on being able to work successfully in even the most
difficult situations, where the infra-structure for production may
leave something to be desired. Two of his latest features will soon be
released; "Pomegranates" done in conjunction with American Zoetrope and
"Beyond the Soul" which was an unusual collaboration with the Indian
director Rajiv Anchal (a former foreign Academy Award contender) which
has just won Best Picture at the New York Independent Film and Video
Festival. Keith has just finished a feature here in the US entitled
"The Bridge to Nowhere" starring Ving Rhames, Bijou Phillips, and Blair
Underwood.
